A jam maker in Manchester uses her left over fruits, oils and ingredients in a unique way, to make hand made, organic, vegan, cruelty free soaps. The brief required packaging that spoke to someone looking for sustainable luxury, a quality product that could be gifted or a self indulgence.
I took inspiration from vintage jam packaging as I felt the soap making story was integral to the design and dialogue. Using a strong sans serif brings the design up to date with hand drawn illustrations with a interesting pixelated image treatment.
